About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Industrial Sewing Machinist. In this hands-on role, you will work primarily with vinyl to mark out, cut, and sew covers for mats, seating, and sporting equipment. You will join a supportive manufacturing team committed to producing industry-leading products.

Work Hours

Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 4:10pm

Flexibility is required to work afternoon shifts, overtime, and Saturdays on an ‘as required’ basis to meet business needs

Key Responsibilities

Marking, cutting, and sewing vinyl materials for custom projects

Producing covers for mats, seating, and sporting equipment to the highest quality standards

Contributing ideas for process improvement and best practice implementation

Maintaining equipment and ensuring a safe, tidy workspace

Collaborating across a supportive and dedicated manufacturing team

About You

The ability to work from drawings.

Experience in industrial sewing, preferably working with vinyl or upholstery materials

The willingness to follow established procedures.

Attention to detail, commitment to quality and the ability to work unsupervised.

Ability to work collaboratively as part of a close-knit team

Physical ability to consistently work with heavy materials

Willingness to work overtime, afternoon shifts, and some Saturdays when business needs require
