The Role
Our Building and Energy Division sets and monitors technical standards for building and plumbing services, electricity and gas networks, and consumer installations and appliances. Additionally, it also regulates and monitors those who are licensed to operate in these industries.
Investigate highly complex complaints about disciplinary matters and statutory breaches.
Gathering evidence to establish facts.
Preparing high-quality briefs of evidence.
Preparing detailed reports setting out evidence-based findings and conclusions.
Building rapport with stakeholders.
