Are you a seasoned Quantity Surveyor ready for something different?
We’re on the lookout for a sharp, detail-focused QS who knows their way around scopes, quotes, and costings — and is either experienced in the insurance space or keen to apply their expertise to the world of loss adjusting.

This role supports our national team across a variety of property and strata claims. You’ll validate building quotations, review contractor invoices, assess scopes of work, and provide critical costing advice — helping our adjusters deliver fair and accurate outcomes, fast.

What You’ll Be Doing

Reviewing and validating building quotes, scopes, variations, and costings

Providing written commentary and pricing guidance to support loss adjusters nationally

Reviewing contractor invoices and identifying discrepancies

Liaising with builders, engineers, and other stakeholders on complex claims

Helping ensure consistent and defensible cost outcomes for property and strata claims

(Optional) Taking on loss adjusting files if you’re interested in expanding your scope

What We’re Looking For

Experienced Quantity Surveyor with strong costing and building industry knowledge

Confident reviewing scopes of work, variations, and contractor quotes

Practical and solutions-focused, with strong written communication skills

Able to work independently and manage your workload confidently

Insurance or loss adjusting experience is a bonus – but not essential

Interest in learning the loss adjusting ropes (we’ll support you)

Able to obtain a national police check
