What You’ll Be Doing

Support the Warehouse Manager in day-to-day operations across receiving's, pick-pack, dispatch, and inventory

Lead by example on the floor while coaching and developing warehouse staff

Maintain a high standard of safety, speed, and accuracy across all areas

Act as a key point of contact when the Warehouse Manager is off-site

Contribute to continuous improvement projects across systems, workflows, and culture

What We’re Looking For

Solid warehouse experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

Strong people leadership or supervisory exposure.

Comfortable using warehouse and inventory systems (bonus if you’ve helped improve them)

High personal standards around accountability, pace, and process.
