Cowra Meat Processors is a leading regional meat processing facility with a strong focus on safety, compliance, and professional development. We are expanding our maintenance team and seeking skilled Welders and Boilermakers to join us.

The Role
These positions will involve fabrication, welding, and repair of plant equipment, machinery, and infrastructure essential to our daily operations. You will play a vital role in ensuring the reliability, safety, and efficiency of our site.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform MIG, TIG, stick welding, and heavy fabrication.

Fabricate, assemble, and repair steel structures and equipment.

Carry out preventative and corrective maintenance on machinery.

Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

Work in line with WHS, food safety, and site compliance requirements.

About You:

Trade qualification (Certificate III in Engineering – Fabrication) or equivalent experience for boilermaker position.

Strong welding and fabrication skills, with ability to work on both light and heavy structures.

Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.

Safety-conscious, reliable, and committed to quality.
