About the role:

We are excited to be hiring for a Graduate Engineer who will play a crucial role in Delcon’s continued success. Reporting to a highly regarded Project Manager, this role will see you support the engineering team to manage short- and long-term construction planning. The work includes submittals, start-up planning & programming of works as well as interpreting drawings and specifications.You will be involved with all aspects of the project through your support of the Engineering Team made up of Site and Project Engineers including preparation of project related programs, supplier packages and estimating work.

Bachelor’s degree / equivalent in Civil Engineering

Demonstrated analytical skills proven to collect, interpret, and report on data related to materials, quantities, and construction methods.

Proven experience in assisting with the preparation and review of technical project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports.

Sound technical knowledge and understanding of the Water industry

Demonstrated experience using Delcon’s practices, or those of a similar nature.

An analytical mind, with highly tuned problem-solving ability

Strong organisational, time management, and multi-tasking skills

High attention to detail

Self-motivated and enthusiastic outlook

Solid communication skills and professional approach
