Mobility Access Modifications is a company based in Preston that specializes in modifying homes for the elderly and mobility impaired. We have over 20 years of experience in servicing Melbourne and surrounds.
We're looking for a versatile and proactive subcontractor Marketing Manager to help drive our brand forward through engaging content, strong community presence, and seamless training coordination.
This role is ideal for a hands-on marketer who can comfortably manage multiple workstreams—from digital content and internal training programmes to events and contractor communications.

The contract is 6 months, Monday to Friday based in our Preston office.

Who you are:
3 years plus of experience in a similar marketing role.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
Proven ability to manage content creation across multiple channels.
Skilled in PowerPoint, email platforms (e.g., Mailchimp), and social media tools.
Highly organized with strong project management capabilities.
Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
Comfortable attending occasional in-person events or expos.
Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Experience working with or managing contractors or service providers.
Familiarity with tools like Canva, WordPress, Trello, or CRM systems.
Must have valid working rights in Australia.
What you’ll do:
Content creation and management in writing and publishing engaging blogs, newsletters, and social media posts.
Website content by maintaining updating to reflect current services, news, and offerings.
Training Programme Coordination for our occupational therapists by tracking training registrations, booking in training sessions and creating training modules using PowerPoint.
Local event participation to promote our services and build community connections.
Support relationship management and engagement with external contractors.
Reporting and organisation by preparing regular reports on marketing performance and training outcomes.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistency in messaging and materials.
Maintain marketing calendars, project trackers, and timelines.
