The BMS Project Engineer will be responsible for managing and delivering Building Management System projects across Melbourne, from design and engineering through to installation, commissioning, and handover. This role combines strong technical expertise in BMS and HVAC controls with project management skills to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality. The engineer will act as a key contact between clients, contractors, and internal teams, providing technical leadership, stakeholder support, and innovative solutions that optimise building performance and energy efficiency.

Skills & Qualifications

3–5+ years’ experience in BMS, automation, or HVAC controls.

Proficiency in BMS software platforms

Strong understanding of HVAC plant and systems.

Demonstrated project management and stakeholder engagement skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication.

Victorian driver’s licence
