Role: Operations Specialist, Growth and Experience Team
Shift times: Weekdays only, must have availability to work up to 38 hours per week; 9am - 5pm

Pay rate: $38.99p/h plus super

About the role:
This role has a strong focus on growth campaigns and communications, so we are looking for individuals with experience and expertise in this area. You will support your manager in the delivery of campaign analytics, communication and education initiatives.

Responsibilities and tasks:
- Executing growth campaigns to build driver-partner supply across Australia and New Zealand. This includes adopting to new tools and managing end-to-end campaign execution.
- Generating reports and insights for the driver team, with the objective of improving driver-partner experience. This includes reviewing engagement metrics, generating reports and insights as necessary.
- Developing communication programs for driver-partner engagement. This includes Liaising and communicating with multiple internal and external stakeholders, building project and communication briefs, organising approvals from cross-functional stakeholders, reviewing communication assets to ensure quality, and keeping track of driver-partner feedback and engagement.

Requirements:
- Have empathy and previous experience with building stakeholder relationships (note that this role is customer-facing)
- Previous project management experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient at using Google Drive, Google Sheets, and Google Slides
- Ability to learn new processes and tools quickly
- Strong attention to detail and organisation
- Comfortable working with cross-functional stakeholders
- Can work autonomously
- Excellent project management
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and remain accountable
