This is the perfect role for anyone looking to break into recruitment or build a long-term career in the industry. You’ll start as a Resourcer, learning the craft of sourcing, interviewing, and candidate care, before progressing into a full 360 Recruitment Consultant role.

What you’ll be doing:
- Source, screen, and interview candidates across a range of industries
- Write compelling job ads and market roles creatively
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines using a CRM
- Support Consultants with shortlists, interviews, and placements
- Shadow senior recruiters to learn business development, negotiation, and recruitment strategy
- Attend networking events and industry functions to expand your professional profile
- Provide first-class candidate and client experiences at every touchpoint
What you’ll need to bring:
- Confidence and charisma – recruitment is a people business and relationships matter
- Immaculate grooming and professional presentation
- A go-getter mindset: proactive, solutions-driven, and ambitious
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High energy and resilience to thrive in a fast-moving industry
- Tech savvy, confident with Microsoft Office and modern platforms
- Must be able to travel for client meetings, networking events, and site visits
- A hunger to learn, grow, and build a long-term career in recruitment
- Customer service, sales, law, construction, or hospitality background (desirable but not essential)
- A current Australian Driver’s Licence
