This is the perfect role for anyone looking to break into recruitment or build a long-term career in the industry. You’ll start as a Resourcer, learning the craft of sourcing, interviewing, and candidate care, before progressing into a full 360 Recruitment Consultant role.

What you’ll be doing:

• Source, screen, and interview candidates across a range of industries
• Write compelling job ads and market roles creatively
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines using a CRM
• Support Consultants with shortlists, interviews, and placements
• Shadow senior recruiters to learn business development, negotiation, and recruitment strategy
• Attend networking events and industry functions to expand your professional profile
• Provide first-class candidate and client experiences at every touchpoint

What you’ll need to bring:

• Confidence and charisma – recruitment is a people business and relationships matter
• Immaculate grooming and professional presentation
• A go-getter mindset: proactive, solutions-driven, and ambitious
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High energy and resilience to thrive in a fast-moving industry
• Tech savvy, confident with Microsoft Office and modern platforms
• Must be able to travel for client meetings, networking events, and site visits

• Customer service, sales, law, construction, or hospitality background (desirable but not essential)
• A current Australian Driver’s Licence
