In this dynamic and rewarding role, you will play a key part in supporting school leaders with high-quality advice and guidance in:
- Positive Performance Management - building capability and supporting continuous improvement
- Workforce Planning - aligning workforce strategies with school needs and departmental goals
- Workforce Management - providing guidance and advice on complex staffing matters with a focus on constructive outcomes
