Your Responsibilities:

Assist walk-in customers and handle phone & online inquiries

Negotiate and close deals successfully

Deliver outstanding customer service

Log inquiries and prepare weekly reports for management

Accurately complete sales contracts and deal packs

Conduct smooth and professional vehicle handovers

Assist with vehicle pick-ups and drop-offs for reconditioning

Manage and update online vehicle listings

What We’re Looking For:

A valid open (manual) driver's license

Current QLD Motor Salesperson licence

Highly motivated and results-driven

Passion for motor vehicles and the industry

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Strong willingness to learn and follow processes

Experience in meeting KPI targets

Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

Excellent verbal & written communication skills

Professional personal presentation

Computer literacy

Strong customer relationship-building skills

Great problem-solving ability and keen attention to detail
