The Role:

You’d be working full-time, both setting and closing warm inbound leads that come from a live event funnel, which attracts people who are spiritually aligned. It’s less about pushing sales and more about guiding clients through a heart-centered process, helping them make decisions that truly resonate with them.

Job Description:

Close clients into their $2,222 core program, the Inner Heart Journey, as well as the advanced upsell.

Make between 50 and 100 calls a day to warm leads, set your own appointments, and manage your pipeline.

Work 30–40 hours a week, including 1 or 2 Saturdays a month for event-related calls.

Support live events by co-hosting the 5-day activation experience, helping build connection and trust.

Keep the pipeline moving with consistent follow-ups, reaching out to no-shows, and nurturing leads who haven’t yet converted.

Compensation:

On-target earnings are roughly $100,000 to $160,000 USD annually. This includes a $30,000 base plus commission on actual collected sales.

Ideal Candidate:

Proven track record closing high-ticket B2C sales, ideally in spiritual, coaching, or personal development spaces.

Someone who truly aligns with spiritual growth, intuitive healing, or heart-led leadership.

Comfortable being on camera and co-hosting live Zoom events with warmth and confidence.

Able to build trust and create a safe space for deep, soulful conversations.

Ready to make 50–100 calls daily, manage your own appointments, and juggle a busy pipeline.

Available 30–40 hours a week, including occasional Saturdays for events.

Has invested in their own personal/spiritual growth through coaching, retreats, or similar experiences.
