Our Client:

The role:
This role leads organisational change management for a major enterprise technology transformation project. You'll work closely with program managers and executive stakeholders to deliver change strategies that enable successful adoption of modernised cloud solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Lead planning, delivery and review of change initiatives
• Engage with stakeholders to ensure business readiness and benefit realisation
• Develop and execute communications, training and business transition plans
• Provide strategic OCM advice across multiple projects
• Track risks, issues, dependencies and report outcomes
• Contribute to team-wide frameworks and capability building efforts

Skills & Experience:

• Proven success leading complex ICT-enabled change in large organisations
• Experience using formal change management frameworks (e.g. Prosci)
• Strong communication, consultation and stakeholder engagement skills
• High-level strategic thinking and influence across senior levels
• Change management certification (e.g. Prosci) required
