Formaggi Ocello is Sydney's Premier Cheese Store located in Surry Hills. We require a dynamic and enthusiastic individual who loves cheese and sales to join our team.

Duties include selling our premium cheeses to customers. Cutting cheese to order and wrapping in wax paper. Cheese care. Stock take and stock control. Organising and preparing online orders. Packing orders for dispatch.

The applicant must love working with food and have experience with food handling. Excellent customer service skills and communication skills.

The applicant will be working a 3 to 4 day roster working every Saturday (8:30am to 5pm) and Sunday (9:30am to 2:30pm). Working weekends is essential.
