The purpose of the role is to provide customer excellence to our members & visitors across our different departments, you will be responsible for providing drink service (bar and tray service), service of food to Club patrons and gaming related duties. You will work in collaboration with our team to provide a positive customer experience.

This position is casual, and hours vary. The successful applicant must be willing to work weekends and shift work (including early mornings and late nights) as required.

To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate the following:

Qualifications & Experience:

Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) (must have prior to commencing employment)

Responsible Service of Gaming (RCG) (must have prior to commencing employment)

Demonstrated experience in similar role desirable eg. busy pub, club or restaurant.

Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).

Customer focused - confidence in building rapport with people and providing excellent customer service.

Team player – commitment to collaborative working.

Strong work ethic, enthusiastic, passionate and self-motivated.

Confident, positive and have a can do attitude.
