What We’re Looking For

Minimum 3+ years of experience in residential conveyancing (4+ years for senior applicants)

Must have strong technical expertise in VIC – multi-jurisdictional experience a plus, or willingness to learn other jurisdictions

Ability to independently manage files from start to finish, without compromising care or quality

Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills

A commercial mindset with a proactive, solutions-focused attitude for clients

Excellent stakeholder management skills

Confident with PEXA and Smokeball, TriConvey or similar legal technology

Ability to mentor junior staff and contribute to a positive team culture

What You’ll Be Doing

Managing conveyancing matters from contract to settlement

Liaising directly with clients, brokers and agents – with clarity and confidence

Supporting the build-out of our VIC presence and systems

Acting with autonomy and accuracy (we don’t micromanage)

Adopting tech and automation to drive efficiency

Senior Conveyancer: Starting at $120,000 + super + commission + profit share
