Full-Time Conveyancer

We are excited to offer a Full-Time Conveyancer position at our boutique law firm specialising in Residential and Commercial Conveyancing, along with Family and Commercial law. The candidate must have minimal three years experience in running conveyancing files.

What We're Looking For:

Conveyancing experience in any Australian state matters (not exclusive to Victoria)

A premium work ethic;

A sound knowledge of PEXA;

A sound understanding of residential contracts and vendor statements;

Ability to cope well under pressure and manage critical deadlines and competing priorities with accuracy;

Ability to run high volume of files;

Ability to learn new skills (applicable for matters outside of Victorian jurisdiction);

Exceptional telephone manner and communication skills;

A friendly and professional disposition with strong interpersonal skills;

A sound attention to detail; and

Ability to work with others in a team as well as autonomously.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Diligent and motivated, with a commitment to delivering high-quality work
