About the role - Wills & Estates Solicitor

$130,000 - $190,000 plus super, depending on experience

We have an exciting opportunity for a Lawyer with 3+ years experience in Wills and Estates to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for converting and managing work in all areas of Wills and Estates including:

estate planning - both simple and complex, asset protection, and restructuring.

estate litigation - including family provision claims (acting for the plaintiff and the estate), contested grants, and judicial advice applications.

estate administration - including applying for grants (simple and complex) and advising executors/administrators/beneficiaries on the administration of estates.

Mandatory criteria

Experienced - 3+ years in Wills and Estates (other areas of law are of no interest).

Have completed or currently completing a Masters of Applied Laws in Wills & Estates through the College of Law.

Proficient with Hutley's Australian Wills Precedents.

Experienced in taking and converting new customer enquires.

Experience with Smokeball Legal Software.

Candidate must live in Sydney metro area.

Someone who prides themselves on client satisfaction.

High level of autonomy and the ability to manage matters from conversion to conclusion.

Current NSW Practicing Certificate.
