About the role:

• Drafting complex wills and testamentary trusts
• Advising on estate planning strategies for blended families, high-net-worth individuals, and clients with corporate structures
• Creating powers of attorney and enduring guardianships
• Guiding clients through the probate and estate administration process
• Structuring charitable giving and succession planning solutions

The ideal candidate:

• 4–8 years’ post-admission experience in front-end Wills & Estates
• Strong drafting and advisory skills
• Tech-savvy and client-focused
• Enjoy working in a dynamic, non-traditional legal setting
