The opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Broker to join the team at AK insurance group Pty Ltd' in our North Sydney, NSW office. As an Insurance Broker, you will play a crucial role in helping our clients find the right insurance solutions to protect their businesses and assets.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage
• Negotiate with insurance providers to secure the best possible rates and terms for our clients
• Assist clients with the application and claims process
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and actively seek out new business opportunities
• Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and trends to provide expert advice to clients
• Collaborate with the wider team to deliver exceptional customer service

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3 years' experience as an Insurance Broker or in a related role within the insurance industry
• Strong understanding of insurance products, policies, and the regulatory environment
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients and insurance providers
• Proven track record of building and maintaining successful client relationships
• Proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Relevant industry qualifications or certifications are highly desirable
