An opportunity exists for an experienced full time Insurance Broker / Brokers Assistant to join our friendly, dynamic, and successful team based at our Orange CBD retail space. This is a great chance to work with an experienced team and further your insurance career.

Ultimately, we are seeking a fulltime addition to our team however, we would like to encourage parents returning to work that may require more child friendly hours (9am - 3pm) to apply.

Responsibilities

Support renewals, quotes, policy documentation, claims and new business

Build strong client relationships & provide outstanding professional service

Learn how to do broking the right way, professional ethos and putting clients first

We are looking for a good mix of the following skills, knowledge & experience

Tier 1 or 2 in Insurance or Insurance Broking is an advantage but not essential

A strong work ethic and can-do attitude

Strong verbal and written communication skills

A commitment to exceptional client service and quality advice

An attention to detail, discipline, and professionalism

A friendly disposition and a commitment to being part of a team environment

Proficiency in MS Office
