About the Role

As a Claims Officer in the General Insurance space, you’ll be responsible for managing end-to-end claims processes with a focus on accuracy, empathy, and efficiency. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely resolution and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of general insurance claims from lodgement to finalisation
• Liaise with clients, insurers, and service providers
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and industry regulations
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

What You’ll Bring

• Previous experience in general insurance claims (ideally 2+ years)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
