$70,000 – $80,500 p.a. + 12% Super | 9-day fortnight | Relocation support available

Tenterfield Shire Council is seeking a Library Information & Programs Officer to join our dedicated team in the beautiful New England region of NSW.

About the Role
You’ll support daily library operations while leading community programs for children, youth, seniors, and lifelong learners.
Key responsibilities include:
Delivering engaging programs and activities across all age groups
Providing outstanding customer service and library support
Assisting with circulation, cataloguing, and resource management
Supporting outreach services, including branch and home deliveries
Contributing to funding applications and program reporting
About You
We’re looking for someone with:
Experience in a library or community-focused environment
Certificate IV in Library & Information Services (or willingness to obtain)
NSW Working with Children Check + NSW Class C Driver’s Licence
Highly regarded skills:
Experience with Libero LMS
Program design and delivery
Stakeholder engagement across diverse communities
