Padua Kindergarten is seeking a passionate ECT to join our amazing team of professionals.

Padua runs and all-day Kindergarten program, with small group sizes + ages 3 and 4 years old.

We are seeking a Bachelor of Early Childhood teacher to lead our Kinder children on a full-time basis. (new grads welcome!)

You'll be supported by diploma qualified assistants with all breaks, and planning catered for and covered. Planning weekly and as needed.

We seek an individual who can maintain a room with composure and commitment, oversee experienced and skilled staff, design a play-based program, and collaborate with our qualified team to establish a cohesive program. The goal is to ensure that all children leave for school with a positive self-perception and readiness for development.

The successful applicant must be willing to work as part of a team and provide children and families with a positive energy and quality program.

Applicant must bring initiative and be creative with a passion for their position.

A professional manner and professional presentation is essential.
