Who we’re looking for:

Bar Staff – Cocktail slingers, spirit lovers, and beer pourers who can keep up with a busy rooftop and deliver quality drinks with flair.

Front of House Staff – Confident, welcoming, and guest-focused floor staff who know how to balance great service with great energy.

Junior – A hospitality beginner keen to learn. Perfect for someone looking to start in the industry, energy and attitude matter more than experience.

What we want:

RSA (a must).

Previous hospitality experience (rooftop, cocktail, or Mediterranean-style venues a plus).

Team players with initiative – no passengers.

People who can bring good vibes while keeping service sharp.
