We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Wait Staff, Bar Staff and Cellar Door Staff primarily for weekends.

Job Description:
As a member of our wait and bar staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an outstanding experience. Your responsibilities will include:

Greeting and seating guests

Taking and delivering orders accurately and efficiently

Providing detailed information about our wines and menu

Handling customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism

Ensuring a clean and organised dining and bar area

Assisting in setting up and closing down the restaurant/bar

Requirements:

- Must be available to work weekends (Saturdays and Sundays)
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of wines and beverages is a plus
- Positive attitude and a team player
