About the role

As a Field Service Mechanic with us, you will be responsible for providing hands-on maintenance and repair services to our customers' air compressors and equipment. Based in Darra, QLD, this full-time role will see you travel to various locations to service, diagnose, troubleshoot and repair machinery to ensure maximum operational efficiency.

What you'll be doing

Conduct regular inspections, scheduled maintenance, and emergency repairs on a variety of air compressors and related equipment

Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, determining the root cause and implementing appropriate solutions

Maintain detailed and accurate records of all work performed

Liaise with customers to understand their needs and provide recommendations for optimising equipment performance

Collaborate with the wider technical team to share knowledge and best practices

What we're looking for

Experience in mechanical trade or a related technical discipline

Experience as a Field Service Mechanic or similar role is preferred but not essential

Diagnostic and problem-solving skills

Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment

Valid driver's licence and flexibility to travel to customer sites
