About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated Labourer to join our team full-time in Parkes, NSW. This role will involve a variety of hands-on tasks to support our earthmoving and construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

Assist excavator and skid steer operators with excavation, grading, and site preparation

Complete daily pre-start checks

Assist with loading/unloading, washing, greasing, and maintaining plant and equipment

Work independently when required

Follow all company safety policies and procedures

What We’re Looking For

Hard-working, fit, and reliable

Well-presented and professional

Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail

Safety-focused

Able to work well as part of a team

Current White Card and manual driver’s licence (essential)

Machine experience (desirable but not essential)

School leavers encouraged to apply
