Are you a people person who loves being on the road, building relationships, and closing deals? NGW Fasteners is on the lookout for an External Sales Rep to join our growing team.

We’re a well-established name in the fasteners game, and we’re looking for someone who knows how to connect with customers, solve problems, and drive sales—without being stuck behind a desk all day.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Visiting customers and growing relationships

Hunting down new business and spotting opportunities

Sharing product knowledge and helping customers find the right solutions

Working closely with our internal team to keep everything running smoothly

Keeping track of your sales activity and reporting to the manager

Representing NGW at industry events

What We’re Looking For:

Solid experience in external sales (bonus if it’s in fasteners or industrial supplies)

Confident communicator who’s comfortable talking to people at all levels

Self-starter with a can-do attitude and a bit of hustle

Comfortable working on the road and managing your own time

Driver’s licence
