This is a Full-time position, although we would also consider employing someone as a Casual (20 - 35 hrs per week).

The successful applicant should possess the following attributes:

At least 2 years experience working as a qualified Chef in a fast paced environment.

Experience working on larder, pans & grill.

Function experience will be highly regarded.

Ability to hold down your own section unsupervised.

Full availability is required.
