POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a motivated Architectural Designer with a background in building childcare facilities. The ideal candidate is ambitious and driven to become a licensed builder. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist in the design and planning of residential construction projects.

Work on-site as head foreman on multiple projects in collaboration with construction managers.

Prepare detailed architectural drawings, plans, and specifications.

Conduct site visits to ensure designs are implemented correctly.

Coordinate with various stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.

EXPERIENCE DELIVERING END TO END CHILDCARE PROJECTS!

Strong understanding of compliance-driven design

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in architectural design and building.

Strong understanding of building materials, construction methods, and regulations.

Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD or Revit, and SketchUp or Lumion.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
