About the Role:

As our Senior Event Designer, you'll lead the design and development of high-impact event spaces—from concept to execution. You’ll work closely with creative, production, and client teams to translate brand objectives into immersive physical experiences using hybrid builds of modular and custom elements.

Key Responsibilities:

Design branded environments for events, exhibitions, and activations using Revit and other relevant software.

Develop scaled floor plans, elevations, and detailed layouts including furnishing, flooring, walling, and styling components.

Create compelling 3D visualisations and presentation decks to communicate design intent.

Work with modular exhibition walling systems and integrate them into hybrid custom/system builds.

Collaborate with production teams to ensure feasibility, budget alignment, and brand consistency across all physical elements.

Participate in on-site installations and walk-throughs as needed to ensure quality and design integrity.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in event/experiential design, with a strong portfolio of brand activations and modular exhibitions.

Advanced proficiency in Revit (essential).

Deep understanding of spatial design, event architecture, and temporary builds.

Skilled in balancing creativity with functionality, timelines, and budgets.

Strong eye for detail in furnishing, styling, and finishes.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills with multi-disciplinary teams.

Bonus: Familiarity with sustainable materials and modular construction trends.
