We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will help design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps and Octopus Deploy, maintain cloud infrastructure, and drive automation across the organization.

What you'll be doing

Building and managing CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps & Octopus Deploy

Developing and maintaining runbooks to streamline incident response and recovery

Supporting and optimizing production and staging environments to ensure uptime and reliability

Automating infrastructure provisioning and scaling with ARM and Bicep

Deploying and managing monitoring, logging, and alerting systems (Azure Monitor, App Insights, Log Analytics)

Leading incident resolution, root cause analysis, and preventative measures

Embedding security and compliance into CI/CD workflows

Collaborating with engineering & security teams to deliver robust, cost-efficient solutions

What we're looking for

4+ years' experience in DevOps, SRE, or Cloud Operations with production-grade Azure environments

Strong background in CI/CD automation with Azure DevOps & Octopus Deploy

Experience with infrastructure as code (ARM, Bicep)

Knowledge of runbook automation for operational efficiency and incident response

Experience with monitoring & alerting tools (Azure Monitor, App Insights, Log Analytics, Sentinel)

Understanding of Azure security best practices (RBAC, Managed Identities, Key Vault, encryption)

Strong scripting skills (PowerShell)

Familiarity with containers and AKS an advantage

Great team player, lateral thinker with experience in Agile/Scrum environments
