About the business

Crane Pools is an independently owned swimming pool and spa business providing advice and servicing to Sydney's inner metro. We have technicians that travel around Sydney helping our customers maintain their pools - installing equipment, repairing faults and undertake pool cleans.

Our shop is in Concord, we provide complimentary pool water testing to our customers. We have a busy workshop that repair pumps, chlorinators and cleaners.

During Spring and Summer we are very busy and need multiple team members to manage the demand.

About the position

This position will report to the Managing Director and be closely aligned with and supportive to the team. Specific key responsibilities will include;

Managing and mentoring a team of field service technicians and support staff.

Overseeing service delivery to ensure high standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Collaborating with the service support team to optimise scheduling, routing, and resource allocation.

Maintaining strong client relationships and acting as the escalation point for service-related issues.

Managing inventory, tools, and company vehicles to ensure operational readiness.

Ensuring compliance with contracts, scopes of work, and company procedures.

Essential to your success, you will demonstrate the following competencies;

Proven experience in industry and in service management.

Strong technical understanding of pool and spa equipment and set up (formal qualifications not essential).

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
