We’re seeking a driven HSE Advisor / Manager to lead safety across exciting Class 2 residential & mixed-use commercial projects. With live projects underway and more launching soon, this is your chance to join a growing business that puts safety first.

• Flexibility to complete reporting & documentation off-site when needed

�� What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead and support safety across multiple live sites
• Conduct inspections, risk assessments & audits
• Manage inductions, SWMS reviews, permits, and incident investigations
• Drive a positive safety culture through mentoring and engagement
• Ensure compliance with WHS legislation and internal systems (Procore & HammerTech)
• Travel between Eastern Suburbs sites with flexibility to work from head office (Belrose) when required

�� What We’re Looking For

• Experience as a HSE Advisor / Coordinator / Manager in construction
• Strong knowledge of WHS legislation (Class 2 residential/commercial experience a bonus)
• Confidence using Procore, HammerTech & Microsoft Office Suite
• A proactive communicator who can build trust with site teams and subcontractors
