We're seeking a safety-focused WHS Advisor to join a growing team delivering a high-end Class 2 residential development in Sydney. The project includes two premium towers with ocean views, requiring a proactive safety leader to manage WHS on-site from start to finish.
This is a full-time site-based role reporting to the Project Manager and Construction Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain WHS management systems on-site
• Lead toolbox talks, site inductions, and safety audits
• Monitor contractor compliance and risk assessments
• Report incidents and support continuous improvement in safety practices
• Champion a strong safety culture across the team and subcontractors

About You

• Minimum 5 years WHS experience in construction, ideally on Class 2 or high-rise residential projects
• In-depth knowledge of NSW WHS legislation and building code
• Cert IV or Diploma in WHS (or similar)
• Clear communication skills and the confidence to influence site teams
• Hands-on, practical approach to site safety
