Our client is a locally based company providing detailed excavation services Territory wide since 2018. Our client provides vital service options for commercial business across all industries as well as residential homeowners including Locating Underground Services, Hydro Vacuum Excavation, Directional Drilling, Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) and Jet rodding.
Are you an experienced Civil Supervisor ready to take the lead on dynamic infrastructure projects in the Top End? Our client has major upcoming projects and are seeking an experienced Civil Supervisor to join their team on a 6-month temporary basis, commencing in September 2025. Possible ongoing opportunity for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities
·Lead and oversee onsite operations throughout the project lifecycle
·Support the Project Manager with planning, scheduling, and contractual obligations
·Ensure HSEQ compliance and conduct daily pre-starts/toolbox talks
·Manage and mentor site staff and subcontractors
·Liaise with clients, head contractors, and stakeholders
·Represent at project and safety meetings
·Monitor project progress and report to senior management

What you need to succeed:
·Minimum 5 years' experience in a civil supervision or similar role
·Relevant qualifications and machine operating tickets related to the position (high desirable)
·HR Driver's Licence (highly desirable)
·Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
·Ability to work under pressure and prioritise workloads
·Commitment to safety and quality standards
·Possess a reliable vehicle and hold a current, unrestricted driver's licence
·Able to obtain a national police clearance with no disclosable outcomes
·Hold a valid White Card (Construction Induction Training)
·Must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident to gain site access to restricted sites.
