Tuaine Civil is a rapidly growing civil construction company delivering major infrastructure projects across the Northern Territory. With multiple upcoming projects in the Darwin region, we are seeking motivated and experienced people to join our team.

We are hiring for the following positions:

Labourers

Steelfixers

Formworkers

Concretors

Site Supervisor

What we offer:

Competitive hourly rates:

Labourers: from $45/hr

Trades (Steelfixers, Formworkers, Concretors): $50–$60/hr

Supervisors: up to $65/hr

Casual positions with 6–7 day working weeks

4:1 FIFO rosters with options to extend and work longer swings

Camp accommodation provided for FIFO crews (meals & amenities included)

Long-term project pipeline with works secured through to late 2026

Supportive team environment with opportunities to grow

What we’re looking for:

Relevant experience in your trade or role (civil/concrete works preferred)

Strong safety awareness and commitment to quality

Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions

For Supervisor role: proven ability to lead crews, read/interpret drawings, liaise with engineers, and manage daily site operations
