We focus on residential and smaller commercial builds, offering a wide range of modern systems delivered with precision, professionalism, and pride. We are looking for a motivated and experienced Site Supervisor who can oversee day-to-day site operations, lead a skilled team, take part in installations, and ensure every project is delivered to the highest standard. You’ll need to be organised, approachable, and proactive, with a strong understanding of construction and installation practices and a sharp eye for detail.

What you'll be doing:

Leading the installation of cladding and roofing systems across a variety of projects.

Supervising and coordinating cladding installation teams on residential and commercial projects.

Managing site operations, including scheduling, subcontractors, and material deliveries.

Ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications.

Conducting site inspections and reporting progress to management.

Maintaining a clean, safe, and well-organised site.

Problem-solving and adapting to changing site conditions.

Requirements:

White Card, Asbestos Awareness Card & Silica Awareness Training (Prevent Crystalline Silica Exposure).

A valid Australian Driver's Licence + own vehicle.

Proven experience in a supervisory role within construction (cladding, carpentry, or similar trades).

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Ability to manage time, people, and resources effectively.

Desirable Skills:

Trade background in carpentry or cladding installation.

Working at Heights or EWP ticket.

Experience training or mentoring apprentices and junior staff.

Familiarity with safety compliance and quality assurance processes.
