These ongoing opportunities are based in the Cairns & Tablelands Regions working on meaningful Projects in the community, with some roles requiring an immediate start. A main requirement is for people who fit our culture with a positive "CAN DO" attitude and be self-motivated.

Supervisor
Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

• Certificate IV in Civil Construction Supervision (advantageous)
• HR license
• Proven experience in a supervisory role
• Ability to program works and manage contractors
• Lead-from-the-front mentality
• Strong commitment to safety
• Ability to interpret, explain, and implement design plans
• Willingness to work away when required

Leading Hand
Ideal for candidates ready to take the next step in their civil construction career.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

• Certificate III in Civil Construction (advantageous)
• HR License
• Previous experience as a leading hand
• Basic computer skills
• Strong commitment to safety
• Ability to interpret design plans
• Willingness to work away when required

Project Systems Representative (Linemarking)
Roster: Monday to Thursday + every second Friday
Travel: Occasional away work required

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

• Certificate III in Civil Construction (advantageous)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills (advantageous)
• MR Licence (advantageous)
• Valid Car Licence (required)
• Strong commitment to workplace safety
• High attention to detail and quality of work
