The Role

This isn’t a back-office scheduling gig. As a Care Coordinator, you’ll be the engine that powers outstanding care delivery. You’ll own the coordination of services, support workers, and client outcomes. It’s high-stakes, high-impact, and deeply rewarding.

Making sure every client request and booking is nailed, first time.

Owning rosters that balance SCHADS compliance with client budgets.

Handling complaints and incidents with calm confidence.

Keeping clients, families, and workers in the loop — always.

About You

You don’t just “tick boxes.” You bring:

Experience in disability, aged, or community care (NDIS knowledge a bonus).

Qualifications in Health, Disability, Aged or Community Care.

Communication skills that win people over.
