This role has the ability to earn $85,000 OTE per annum for the right candidate.

This role is ideal for an individual with prior experience as a Service Advisor or Service Receptionist and is looking for a career change within the Automotive Industry. This role requires the ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences, while in a non-customer facing setting. Call Centre experience is not necessary, just the ability to explain the value of services and create customer satisfaction!

The Opportunity:

In your role as a Call Centre Operator, you will be servicing both inbound and outbound calls and will be responsible for:

Proactively contacting customers when their vehicles are due for service

Answering inbound calls with a strong focus on customer service

Responding to marketing & electronically generated enquiries

Maintaining current and accurate customer information

Building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers

Administrative support including data administration & management

Our ideal candidate will possess the following:

A strong customer service and/or call centre background is essential.

Prior experience as a Service Advisor will be highly regarded

Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships

Self-motivated to meet and exceed targets

Ability to actively engage customers over the phone

Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly

Enthusiastic and adaptive team player

Phone sales experience preferred but not essential
