We are seeking a Customer Experience Officer to join our CX Department. This is position requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, and the ability to work autonomously within a fast-paced team environment.
Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Handling inbound and outbound customer service inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
Managing the booking of on-demand jobs with accuracy and timeliness
Following up on services by liaising with clients, subcontractors, and operations
Proactively identifying growth opportunities within portfolios and fostering client retention through relationship-building
