This highly regarded construction company has a proud 50+ year history delivering large-scale commercial projects across WA, including residential apartments, aged care, retail, offices and industrial. With a focus on quality, innovation, and strong client relationships, they are known for consistently delivering projects of the highest standard.
You’ll work closely with an experienced Project Manager, Senior CA and Site Manager, supporting the delivery of significant new projects from the early stages through to completion. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Contract Administrator to step into complex, high-value projects and grow within a business that offers long-term career development.

Key Requirements

• Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or similar
• Proven experience as a Contract Administrator on commercial building projects $20M+
• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Local WA experience and supplier knowledge highly desirable
