Head of Finance / Perth / Permanent / $180,000 - $200,000 / Flexible Working / Leadership Opportunity

Core Talent are supporting a large resourcing & engineering company recruit an accomplished Head of Finance to lead finance operations within a fast-paced dynamic environment. This role is pivotal in ensuring accurate reporting, robust compliance, and the ongoing development of a high-performing finance team.

The Head of Finance's key duties will include:

• Lead, develop and mentor the finance team
• Oversee statutory reporting, consolidation, and financial analysis
• Lead the month-end process and ensure accuracy of P&L and balance sheets
• Manage audits, internal controls, and compliance with accounting standards
• Partner with stakeholders to provide insights, forecasts, and cash flow management
• Drive efficiency through automation, ERP implementation, and process optimisation

Key skills required:

• Degree-qualified with CA/CPA (or equivalent)
• At least 7 years of progressive finance experience, including 3+ years in a controller role
• Experience with ERP implementations & process improvement
• Proven leadership skills and ability to manage teams
• Strong knowledge of AASB, tax compliance, and audit management
