About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Sales Assistant to join our team at the All Things Adult store in Ballarat, Victoria. In this casual role that will predominantly be working weekend nights with the possibility to pickup extra shifts, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting with store operations, and contributing to the overall success of our retail business.

What you'll be doing

Greeting and assisting customers with a friendly and helpful attitude

Answering customer inquiries and providing product information

Completing sales transactions and processing payments accurately

Maintaining the store's visual merchandising and product presentation

Restocking shelves and ensuring the store is well-organised and clean

Assisting with inventory management and stock control

Collaborating with the team to achieve sales targets and business goals

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a retail or customer service role, preferably in the Retail & Consumer Products industry

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide excellent customer service

A positive and enthusiastic attitude, with a willingness to learn and contribute to the team

Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Flexible and adaptable to accommodate the needs of the business, including working nights on weekends
