About the role:
We’re seeking a creative, detail-focused Industrial Designer to join our team, working across activations, exhibitions, and signage. You’ll collaborate with project managers, production teams, and clients to transform ideas into reality across retail, activations, exhibitions, and signage. About you:
You’re a versatile designer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys varied, hands-on work. You combine creativity with technical problem-solving and take pride in seeing your designs realised. You’ll bring:
Degree in Industrial Design (or related).
3+ years’ experience in industrial, retail, activations, or signage design.
Strong CAD skills (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar).
Proficiency in 3D modelling/rendering (Rhino, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar).
Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills.
Ability to meet tight deadlines across multiple projects.
Strong documentation and communication skills.
Knowledge of fabrication methods, materials, and processes.
A proactive mindset and willingness to learn.
Key responsibilities:
Interpret briefs into bold, practical design concepts.
Produce high-quality 3D renders and presentations.
Deliver accurate, build-ready CAD documentation.
Work with production teams to ensure designs are practical and on-brand.
Attend client meetings and contribute creatively and technically.
Support WHS with accurate documentation.
Provide overflow support for signage and graphics.
Prepare print-ready artwork and liaise with suppliers.
