Motor Vehicle Parts and Accessories Fitter (General)

Salary: $77,000 – $88,000 p.a. + super

Key Responsibilities:

Fit, balance, rotate, and repair tyres across a range of vehicles

Install automotive accessories including bull bars, tow bars, roof racks, radios, and lighting

Assist with minor vehicle servicing tasks under direction of senior mechanics

Participate in roadside tyre-related call-outs when needed

Maintain clean, safe, and organised workshop areas in accordance with WHS requirements

Contribute to broader workshop support when required

Requirements:

Relevant trade qualification or equivalent industry experience

Minimum 2 years’ experience in tyre fitting and/or accessory installation

Strong understanding of vehicle systems, safety standards, and workshop tools

Ability to follow fitting instructions, diagrams, and workshop procedures

Willingness to upskill and assist with general servicing and diagnostics

Ability to live and work in a remote community and contribute to a team
