I am currently working with a leading civil contractor delivering a landmark infrastructure project in regional NSW. They’re seeking an experienced Senior Project Engineer to take ownership of the bulk earthworks package on site.

This role is suited to an engineer who knows large-scale earthworks inside out and can deliver in a fast-paced environment.

The Role:

• 6-month contract on a major NSW project
• 5:2 roster with accommodation provided
• Work with a Tier 1 contractor on a high-profile package

The Requirements:

• Lead delivery of bulk earthworks to program, budget and safety requirements
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams across multiple work fronts
• Drive planning, forecasting and cost control
• Ensure strict quality and environmental compliance
• Mentor and support junior engineers on site

About you:

• Minimum 7 years’ experience as a Project Engineer, with strong bulk earthworks expertise
• Proven track record on large-scale civil infrastructure projects
• Experience with Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractors essential
• Strong communicator and problem solver who thrives in complex environments
• Available to start in the coming weeks
